No recitation today June 28, 2010

Hi guys. Please be informed that there is no recitation today. Unfortunately and much to my disappointment, the department failed to reserve the necessary rooms last week (argh!). My hope is that those responsible will move faster and with more of a sense of urgency than they did last week.
We have been requested to move our schedule from M 15:00-16:00PM to 1530-16:30. May I ask the beadles to please confirm whether this is possible for me tomorrow morning. Thank you.

May I ask the three class beadles to bring in proposed times for a one hour recitation class during the week. The beadles should meet and discuss and come up with a common time as I have been informed that there will be one recitation per chemistry section (our class being one section).
Note too that University precludes any classes on “activity days” which apparently are Mondays and Fridays from 4:30 to 6:00PM.
