Recitation time in still in limbo June 23, 2009

Hi Guys,
Okay. The head of Chem 7 indicated today that student charters prohibits instructors from holding any classroom activities on Mondays and Fridays from 4:00PM-6:00PM. Accordingly, this news will rule out the recitation that most folks thought they could make (i.e. M after 4). Also, Tuesday 9:30AM-10:30AM there are no rooms available so that tidbit rules out two of the three requested time I have received. In short, it is back to the drawing board to work this out.
Emman and Angelo, I need to ask you again to come up with recitation times for your sections and get back to me ASAP. From what I have been told by the Chem 7 head, Wednesday afternoon between 4-6 would be doable from a room perspective (again, its’ an hour recitation). Other days that have open rooms are T/Th from 4:00PM and onward. The last option is a recitation hour from 6PM-7PM on either T/W/Th.
Thank you.

Angelo and Emman, may I ask each of you to please bring with you tomorrow two to three time slots that your respective groups (majors) can attend a one hour Chem 7 recitation period (as I mentioned in class). The Chem 7 instructors need to reserve classrooms this week, and I need your input ASAP. Thank you.
To the rest of the gang out there, please email me the information that I requested, bring your index cards tomorrow, and make sure you read what has been assigned. Thank you!
